The ergoPouch Cocoon Swaddle Bag is designed to make swaddling simple, safe, and stress-free. With its easy zip-up design, it eliminates the need for complex wrapping, keeping your baby snug and secure. By gently restricting the startle reflex, it helps create a cosy, womb-like environment that encourages longer, more restful sleep.

Designed with convenience in mind, it features a two-way zip for quick, fuss-free nappy changes. The bell-shaped bottom supports healthy hip development, giving your little one the freedom to kick and grow.

Versatile and practical, the Cocoon Swaddle Bag includes press studs at the armholes, allowing it to be used as both a swaddle and a sleeping bag. Whether your baby prefers being wrapped or sleeping with their arms free, this swaddle bag adapts to their needs.

Choose the size based on your child's weight for a safe fit. ErgoPouch Cocoon Swaddle Bags are snug around the neck, shoulders, and chest to comply with safety regulations—ensure you can fit two fingers inside the neck opening. For safety, only use when your child is within the weight guideline.

You can also choose express delivery (£5.95) at checkout for a faster delivery. Your parcel will arrive within 2/3 working days of placing your order.

We currently do not offer next day delivery but please do not hesitate to get in touch if there is an urgent need and we'll see if we can help.

When we send your order we will also send you a shipping confirmation email. This will let you know which method we have used to ship your parcel, and also provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of delivery through the delivery system.

Product specific shipping timescales

Some of our products will not be shipped from our own warehouse. They will come to you from the supplier's warehouse or direct from the manufacturer.

These are also shipped with the above timescales of 1-3 working days to ship and  2-5 working days for delivery.

General guidance about parcel deliveries

Orders shipped by Royal Mail: We use Royal Mail Tracked 48. (2 day delivery service from time of dispatch). Once Royal Mail have received your parcel, they will send you a text/email notification to let you know your parcel is on its way.

Orders shipped by Courier: Our courier delivery partners are DPD and Parcelforce. Once your order has shipped you will receive a text/email from them to confirm day of delivery. Both courier networks provide a 1hr delivery timeslot on the day of delivery.

If you miss a delivery both Royal Mail and our courier will provide you with a way to reschedule a new delivery date or collect your parcel from the local depot.

To check the status of your order at any time, you can log into your account to view progress. You will need the email address and password you used when your account was originally created.

Please note, due to EU GPSR regulations, we’re unable to ship to Northern Ireland at the moment.

Returns

We value each of our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. That's why we offer a 90-day return window, giving you plenty of time to return an item or your entire order if needed.

All we ask is that the items are returned in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Unless the product(s) is defective, damaged or we sent you the wrong item, you will need to pay for the cost of return.

You should ensure you get a proof of postage receipt when you post the parcel. We won't be able to refund you if we don't receive your parcel.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
