The breast milk storage lids provided allow the feeding bottles to be converted to storage containers easily by simply swapping the interchangeable lids.

Features

- World's first patented no screw thread one-handed closure; the Hegen Press-to-Close, Twist-to-Open, PCTO™ innovation allows the bottle to be pressed on and twisted off conveniently for hassle-free handling and zero spillage.

- Built-in anti-colic air venting bypasses the milk to prevent aeration, minimising the oxidation of precious nutrients. This reduces excessive air intake and safeguards baby from tummy upsets.

- Super-soft elliptical-shaped silicone teat closely mimics the lactating breast of mothers to simulate a natural latching experience, minimising nipple confusion and making it easier to combine breast and bottle feeding.

- Off-centre teat allows baby to feed in a natural upright position, reducing the risk of milk back-flow which may cause mid-ear complications.

- Growing with your baby, the storage containers can also be used as a snack cup or to store baby food, semi-solids, puree, biscuits, fruits or even juices!

Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and delivered in 2-5 working days.

If your parcel is under 5kg, it will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Heavier or larger parcels will be delivered by DPD or Parcelforce.

Need it faster? Choose Express Delivery (£5.95) at checkout, and your parcel will arrive within 2-3 working days.

While we don’t currently offer next-day delivery, let us know if it’s urgent, and we’ll do our best to help.

Tracking & Updates

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. If sent via Royal Mail, they’ll notify you when your parcel is out for delivery. DPD and Parcelforce will send a 1-hour delivery window on the day of arrival.

Missed a delivery? No worries—both Royal Mail and our couriers offer rescheduling or local depot collection options.

Some items ship directly from our suppliers or manufacturers, but they still follow the same 1-3 day dispatch and 2-5 day delivery timeframe.

Returns

We value each of our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. That's why we offer a 90-day return window, giving you plenty of time to return an item or your entire order if needed.

All we ask is that the items are returned in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Unless the product(s) is defective, damaged or we sent you the wrong item, you will need to pay for the cost of return.

You should ensure you get a proof of postage receipt when you post the parcel. We won't be able to refund you if we don't receive your parcel.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

However we are happy to exchange if we have the item you want in stock after we have received your unwanted item/s back.
