Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and delivered in 2-5 working days.

If your parcel is under 5kg, it will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Heavier or larger parcels will be delivered by DPD or Parcelforce.

Need it faster? Choose Express Delivery (£5.95) at checkout, and your parcel will arrive within 2-3 working days.

While we don’t currently offer next-day delivery, let us know if it’s urgent, and we’ll do our best to help.

Tracking & Updates

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. If sent via Royal Mail, they’ll notify you when your parcel is out for delivery. DPD and Parcelforce will send a 1-hour delivery window on the day of arrival.

Missed a delivery? No worries—both Royal Mail and our couriers offer rescheduling or local depot collection options.

Product-Specific Shipping

Some items ship directly from our suppliers or manufacturers, but they still follow the same 1-3 day dispatch and 2-5 day delivery timeframe.

Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the details in your confirmation email or reach out to us, and we’ll send them to you.

Sometimes, we ship directly from our supplier's warehouses to avoid unnecessary trips. Instead of a product travelling to us and then to you, we cut out the extra journey—reducing emissions while still getting your order to you safely and on time. You’ll always receive tracking information when this happens.

Unfortunately, due to EU GPSR regulations, we’re currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.


Returns

We value each of our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. That's why we offer a 90-day return window, giving you plenty of time to return an item or your entire order if needed.

All we ask is that the items are returned in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

If you do not have a printer, then please provide the information requested on the form on a piece of paper and include it with your return parcel.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Unless the product(s) is defective, damaged or we sent you the wrong item, you will need to pay for the cost of return.

You should ensure you get a proof of postage receipt when you post the parcel. We won't be able to refund you if we don't receive your parcel.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

However we are happy to exchange if we have the item you want in stock after we have received your unwanted item/s back.

For example if the hygiene seal has been broken on certain products or are bespoke and have been customised for you at your request. These items cannot be returned under any circumstances other than a manufacturer fault.  These items will be described as non returnable on the product page.
